the location was acceptable with proximity to the beach.
the room i got had a kettle with a faulty power plug also the fridge power plug was not working i asked housekeeping about the electronic safe password but they did not know it there was a lack of attention to detail in the room.

the pool was big enough and i found space to relax there one afternoon
the room had a musty odor and the bathroom was unclean the shower drain was clogged and water pooled during showers. breakfast was a chaotic experience with long waits and limited seating this made it difficult to start the day smoothly

The rooms were precious and the room service happened regularly. The staff responded quickly to requests and were very helpful! Pre-decorations in the room for my stay with my partner were beautiful and well-done.
I noticed a couple of loose electrical switches in the room and some peeling paint.

This hotel offers a great vacation experience. The staff showed genuine care and attention to detail throughout my stay. I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, everything looked very well maintained.. I also enjoyed the delicious food, especially the varied options at Poseidon's Cove. Access to the beach added an extra layer of relaxation to the trip.
The television remote in my room had a slight issue with the volume control, it required multiple attempts to adjust.
